Long day.

Cooking dinner at 11:15 p.m. means this has been a long day. Nonetheless, I made it to the gym.

Mini leg blaster (with 10 squat jumps instead of 5)

Shit got real in round six. Luckily, I had Annie with me to shout encouragement.

  4. Mallin I did half of your creation, with rowing instead of running. I hated it. That was probably the longest period of sustained discomfort I have experienced in a long time. It was miserable.
