Yesterday's sprints crushed me. I managed to drag my carcass to the gym and put in a respectable effort. Rest tomorrow, and then a nice 17-miler on the MMM course on Saturday. Right . . .

That triplet was harder than expected? Shoot dang. Hope I never do it. Because I would expect it to be really hard, after having done the row/wall ball couplet the other day. Throw pull ups in? No thanks.
